Programming And Design Of Gansu Tobacco Logistics Distribution Center

Tobacco industry is faced with the overall international competition after China entered into the WTO and commerce circulation market opened gradually. Competition between Chinese enterprises is no longer existed in single enterprise or individual product It stepped onto the competition between industrial chain and supply chain progressively. The only way to progress the sale net and increase the core competitive edge of tobacco industry is to build the modern, independent and professional center of tobacco logistics distribution.Based on the analysis of present situation and problem existed in Chinese tobacco industry and Gansu tobacco logistics distribution center, combined with the actual situation of Gansu tobacco logistics distribution center, this paper has deeply studied the construction project of this center by used the idea and technology of modem logistics management This paper focused on four aspects about the center: the construction area, sorting equipment selection, storage mode selection and packaging mode selection according to the basic data such as cigar sales and relative requirement of State Tobacco Monopoly Administration. This paper submitted relative standardization and requirements about normal management process and control point according to various operation links and function factors of the center.The writing of this Programming Design Scheme helped the writer understand the logistics programming methods very well. The writer hoped this scheme could submit decision-making basis for managers, meanwhile, it could put forward some new idea for the project of tobacco logistics distribution center.
