Study Of The Entrepreneur Evaluation On The Basis: Enterprise Lifecycle

At the beginning of this paper, it introduces the subject, significance and background of this paper. According to the comment on the theories and viewing point on enterprise lifecycle and entrepreneur home and abroad, here represents the limitation and disadvantage of previous research while showing their main points. I suggest that entrepreneur evaluation should take enterprise itself as the start point, through the angle of enterprise lifecycle, and evaluate entrepreneur dynamically. The main job as follows:Firstly, through tracing back to the main theories of enterprise lifecycle, it finds that enterprise shows different characteristics, has key working and management aims and faces different crises at the phases of starting-up, growing, mature and declining phase respectively. Different phase of enterprise requires the relevant type of entrepreneur matched with it.Secondly, on the basis of introduction of entrepreneur evaluation theory, analyzing the classical entrepreneur theories, combing with massive variables about entrepreneur' s quality and capability involved in now existed reference documents, this paper establishes the entrepreneur evaluation index system.Thirdly, the source of enterprise' s sustainable development is the process that the traits of entrepreneur match the phase to which the enterprise belongs. Establish the matching model of enterprise lifecycle and entrepreneur evaluation through theoretical analysis. The fuzzy comprehensive evaluation is used in thispaper to evaluate the aimed entrepreneur.Lastly, through empirical method, test the reasonableness of evaluating index system and matching model with SPSS soft ware and provide strong support to entrepreneur dynamical evaluation.
