The Research On Realizing Economies Of Scale Of Non-remarkable Scale Economy Industry

Some industries have remarkable economies of scale and some industries have non-remarkable economies of scale.While looking from the development of industries in these years both domestic and foreign, the non-remarkable scale economy service industry has become the pillar industry, and develop their status in the national economy department to be very important. The international service industry is being centralized to some large-scale service enterprises,while the service industry in China develops rapidly,but the monomer scale is still not so big,and its competence is insufficiently strong.As our country joining WTO, the service industry gradually opens, facing the steep market competition, to expand enterprise's management scale and enhance its competence is one of the urgent duties for our service industry's development.So how to expand the management scale of non-remarkable scale economy service enterprise, and realize its economies of scale so that to enhance the enterprise's and even the entire industry's competence becomes a hot topic which paid much attention that.Standing in the industrial angle of view, utilizing the theory of economies of scale in the western economics, this article studies on the economies of scale of the non-remarkable scale economy industry from three aspects such as production, sale and management, and from three stratification planes according to the logical relation that the organization forms from simply to complex, such as list management body, enterprise as well as the industry. Through unifing the standard analysis and the real diagnosis analysis, the qualitative analysis and the quantitative analysis, and analyzing the non-remarkable scale economy industry by contrast to the remarkable scale economy industry, this article theoretically analyzes the characteristic of economies of scale of the non-remarkable scale economy industry, promulgates the principle to realize economies of scale of the non-remarkable scale economy industry, and discusses its realization way and the large-scale management patterns.And then combining the reality,it takes real diagnosis analysis to the non-remarkable scale economy industry and enterprises of the culture industry of Hunan province.Through above analysis, this article draws the main conclusion as following.The remarkable degree of the economies of scale may be judged by comparing the bending strain of its cost curve, and the judgement target " the remarkable degree of the economies of scale coefficientμ" and its calculating mathematical formula have been proposed.The judging model of the remarkable degree of the economies of scale of a industry has been constructed, and by utilizing the method to judge the industry's remarkable degree of the economies of scale, industries are divided into three big kinds such as the non- scale economy industry, the non-remarkable scale economy industry and the remarkable scale economy industry,and they are further divided into seven minor sorts altogether 27 kind of types according to the remarkable degree of the economies of scale from slightly to greatly.The realization of multi-managements body enterprise's economies of scale has been carried on the analysis using the group technology GT principle to the non- remarkable scale economy industry, and it has been proposed that the enterprise may realize the enterprise interior economies of scale through the group management and its the derivation nine kind of patterns, but industrial exterior economies of scale, then is mainly realized through industrial cluster and so on patterns.Through the real diagnosis analysis, the large-scale management patterns of Hunan traveling hotel enterprise and some suggestions have been proposed, as well as the industry cluster pattern that the Hunan culture industry realizes its economies of scale and several ways how it realizes the culture industry cluster.And these have further consummated the large-scale management patterns.
