Dairy industry is an integrated system, which was consisted of three main chains including dairy food consumption, dairying and raw milk production. Peasant household, enterprise, consumer, government and institute are the consisted factor There are close association among them. But as the independent interest subject, there exist conflict between them. Practice has shown that the establishment of a "risk-sharing, shared interests," the distribution of benefits is the core operating dairy industry. Milk industry and the profit-oriented business model directly affect the distribution of benefits is reasonable, Milk also affect the legitimate interests of the distribution of interests in the industrial chain formed community. Can be said that the distribution of benefits is the dairy industry is the foundation.Based on the distribution of benefits for the dairy industry research, through the establishment of model to micro-economics and industrial economics model as a tool, using charts, case, comparative study of the dairy industry to the distribution of benefits of different operating systems for a comparative study. At this stage, the distribution of benefits in milk industry are two major categories:the compact-based distribution of benefits and the elements-distribution of benefits.It can be drawn the elements-distribution of benefits is more conducive to the healthy development of the dairy industry. But at present, Chinese mainly dairy industry operate the compact-based distribution of benefits. The thesis make the following conclusion: it could be achieved by government macro-control function, joining dairy farmers to establish intermediary organizations and breaking the regional monopoly enterprises to compensate for the inadequacies of the existing distribution of benefits.
