Forestry cooperatives established for Longjiang County forestry economic development, ecological environment and local farmers income contribution, but forestry cooperatives in the process of rapid development, there is a internal operation mechanism is not standardized and unreasonable problems, affecting the interests of members, hinder the realization of the subject status of the members. Therefore, only by establishing a close interest linkage mechanism, a reasonable interest distribution mechanism and improve the mechanisms to protect the interests, in order to truly ref lect the forestry cooperatives to farmers for the cooperative nature of the subject, to ensure the realization of the interests of the members, to promote the healthy development of Longjiang County forestry cooperatives and make it play a more active role in the process of agricultural modernization.This study combined with income distribution theory, property rights theory and stakeholder theory is the foundation of the research, the use of literature research, investigation research method, specification analysis and empirical analysis methods of in-depth study, Longjiang County 13 forestry cooperatives and its members as the research object. Through the investigation of the current situation of the benefit mechanism of forestry cooperatives in Longjiang County, the 13 forestry cooperatives have some problems in the interest linkage mechanism, the benefit distribution mechanism and the benefit guarantee mechanism. On the basis of the existing problems, the paper further analyzes the causes of the problem. Finally, aiming at the problems existing in the interests mechanism of forestry cooperatives, and combining with the reasons, the countermeasures and suggestions to improve the benefits of forestry cooperatives are put forward.This study through the investigation of Longjiang County 13 forestry cooperatives, carries on the analysis to the status quo of forestry cooperatives interest mechanism, found the problems of the forestry benefit mechanism of cooperatives, mainly in benefit coupling mechanism is not close, interest distribution mechanism is not reasonable and interests protection avoidance mechanism is not perfect in three aspects. In the problem on the basis of the analysis of the interest mechanism of forestry cooperatives of existence, analyzes the cause problems in forestry benefit mechanism of cooperatives. The main reason, namely cooperatives internal democratic decision-making and supervision mechanism is not perfect, lack of incentive and constraint mechanism, property right arrangement unreasonable, members of cooperatives, lack of knowledge, lack of supervision of the relevant laws and regulations. Finally, from perfecting cooperatives internal democratic management system, establish incentive and constraint mechanism, regulate the interest distribution mechanism, improve the property right structure, and enhance the cognition of members and improve the external guarantee mechanism etc., put forward some countermeasures and suggestions on how to improve forestry benefit mechanism of cooperativ es, so as to promote forestry benefit mechanism of cooperatives by loose change to close, the members to exercise their democratic rights, entitlements, and truly become the main body of the development of forestry cooperatives.
