The Review And Prospect Of Oceanic Economy Research In Our Country

The oceanic economy research, as an emerging and the subjects--overlapping research area, which synthesized the geography, the economic, the resource science, the environmental science, the ecology, the management science and so on, whose own theory frame and the research vein has not been formed at present, is still in the early development stage. This thesis sort out the research material about the oceanic economy for more than 20 years in our country, attempts to outline the change orbit of our oceanic economy research, provides the basis for the right determination of the oceanic economy research direction, fills in the theory gaps of the oceanic economy science research in our country.This thesis collects so many documental materials including more than 1,390 papers, more than 250 books, investigation reports, research reports, paper collections, reference books and so on. Based on these data materials, this thesis sketchily divides our oceanic economy research into three stages: First stage, start stage (at the end of 70's in 20th century -1990); The second stage, initially forming stage (1991-2000); The third stage, gradually perfecting stage (2001- until now). Carries on the classifies statistics of the research results and the research area (scope and content), each stage illustrates from the oceanic economy theory, the oceanic industry, the oceanic region economy, the ocean development strategy and marine environment research. We may analyze main research characteristics, the key research domain and the content, the main research faculty and the research drawbacks in various stages. So we can put the research vein of oceanic economy in order by the analysis of three stages on the whole.Finally, it carries on the forecast of development direction to our oceanic economy research. Although several experts had once discussed the oceanic economy research and development forecast, they has not taken the research foundation by the comprehensive documental materials. This thesis attempts to make a statistical analysis for all kinds of oceanic economy research achievements in more than 20 years, which is the first thesis aims at the document in the research area. So this research work is pioneering and significant.
