| With over twenty years' innovation and opening of our country, our national economydevelops quickly, and at the same time our nongovernmental economy also soars fast, itssize changes from small to big, from weak to strong gradually. The economic environmentof the Chinese nongovernmental enterprises has already changed, and the change willfurther continue. With this change, the Chinese nongovernmental enterprises will enter intoa time of revolution on the whole, and this revolution will necessarily embody in theprofound revolution of the enterprise culture. Thus, our nongovernmental enterprises cryfor the construction of the enterprise culture to further enhance the competitive ability, tobuild up the life force of the enterprises.Guided by the theory of the enterprise culture, this paper used the methods ofqualitative analysis and demonstration analysis to analyze the construction means and theconstruction factors of the enterprise culture of Mizuda Group by specific research on theconstruction of the enterprise culture of Mizuda Group on the basis of a great deal offirsthand materials. The construction means of the enterprise culture of the Mizuda Groupis as follows: developing according to the scientific law, fixing the culture aim; cultivatingthe internal motivity, epurating the value view; enhancing the group construction, pursuingthe double-win aim; advocating honest management, enhancing social impression. Theconstruction factors of the enterprise culture include material culture layer, deed culturelayer, institution culture layer, and spiritual culture layer. This paper considered that theconstruction of the enterprise culture is a complex systematical engineering; itsconstructing process is the process to cultivate and enhance the competitive force of theenterprise. The research of the paper affords important reference value for the explorationof constructing the culture of the Chinese nongovernmental enterprises and enhancing itscompetitive force. |
