At the beginning of 80's last century,《Theory Z》(William Ouchi),《corporate culture》(Kennedy ),《seek advantageseek》(Thomas Peters and Robert Waterman), brought about a research fever of corporate culture.Accompanied with more and more fierce competition and challenge, people in the fields of theories or business enterprises have expended a great deal of energy on corporate culture.The corporate culture has already been accepted widespread. Various corporate culture theories emerge continuously. It seems that the subject of corporate culture is getting more and more mature.In the late twenty years, as far as the research of western theories about corporate culture is concerned, it can range from the concept and the structure of the corporate culture to the result of affecting internal control, from the relationship among the organization atmosphere, human resource, business enterprise environment, to the business enterprise strategy to the measurement in operation performance, the diagnoses of the entity and the assessment.In a word, the corporate culture theories have extended fairly with the combination of theoretical and applied study, as well as the quantitative and qualitative study. By the comparision, the corporate culture research in china is much inadequate in such a manner as to fall behind in the progress of study.Corporate culture acts as a value system that conducts in a business enterprise that has its intrinsic mechanism or regulations of creation,expansion,evolution and development. The construction of corporate culture must follow these mechanisms or regulations in order to obtain desired efficiency. This paper analyses the relationship between culture and system, and make a conclusion that only a mechanism of business enterprise spirit and the value has been created on the system level, the corporate culture with the business enterprise special features can be constructed successfully.This paper argue that corporate culture systemization is a essential method to construct corporate culture successfully .On the base of the present corporate culture of our business enterprise ,this paper research through theoretical and applied theories analysis, synthetically make use of the related knowledge of economics,management,the corporate culture .The part of theoretical analysis mainly focuses on dialectical relationship between the culture and the system and in the implementary process the corporate culture construction must rely on the guarantee of system;The other part of practical analysis take some well-known business enterprises for examples to prove that they constuct outstanding corporate culture with their own special features by the way of outstanding management system.
