Simulation And Optimization Of The Supply Chain For Mengchen New Energy Corporation

Although the decision-making and the optimization of the supply chain is a complicate question, the whole performance of the supply chain can be optimized by the computer simulation technology to improve the efficiency of the whole supply chain and the competitive ability of the enterprise after analyzing and modeling of the problem. So it has been paid much attention by researchers and entrepreneurs.In this paper, on the background of the supply chain management system of the Inner Mongolia Mengchen New Energy Corporation, a simulation and optimization model of the supply chain was set up by Witness 2004 and the finance, the inner logistics, clients and the development in the future of the corporation were chosen as objectives of the optimization in the point of the balance scorecard. At the same time changeable resources were chosen as decision variables and the anneal arithmetic in Witness software was used to study the whole performance optimization of the supply chain. The results are as follows.Firstly, a simulation model suited for the performance optimization of the Inner Mongolia Mengchen New Energy Corporation was set up.Secondly, an improved scheme of the resource combination was obtained by simulating and optimizing the supply chain of the corporation in four aspects, the finance, the inner logistics, clients and the development in the future, respectively. The expected target, studying and optimizing the performance of the supply chain, was achieved.Thirdly, on the analysis and comparison of the simulation results and the performance status of the corporation, together with the objective of the performance management,the performance level of the supply chain of the Inner Mongolia Mengchen Corporation can be improved by reallocating resources, according to the simulation results.Finally, it shows that the research of the performance optimization of the supply chain by the simulation technology is feasible in this paper. This method can be used for reference on the performance management of supply chains by other enterprises.
