With the rapid development of the real estate in China, it is very necessary to strengthen property management during the society development. Because the quality in service and managing level of the housing property management have direct relationship with the public's quality in life and living standard, the service level provided for the customers by the property managing company becomes the key issue that people care for.Property management has more than 200 years in foreign developed countries and areas, while in our country it is a newly developing industry—only more than 20 years. Housing property management is an important part of property management and people attach more and more importance to it in the world. The housing property management develops rapidly in our country, but its conflicts and problems are very striking, the main one is the owners' complaining of its service.
