Thus this company is an ideal candidate for our case study.This article is based upon concept of enterprise core competence and further systematic study is done by using IBM Co. Ltd. Dalian Branch as a typical case of our interest. Both external and internal factors with which the company has influences are taken into account during the research. By the aid of mathematical analytical tools, evidences are collected and summarized together to draw the final conclusion, whereby purport of enterprise of core competence comes into being.
