An Independent Innovation Study On State-owned Enterprises Of Dalian

The state economy is the lifeline of the national economy, so the development of state-owned enterprises has a very important role for the development of the entire economy. However, the state-owned enterprises widely have some problems left over by history such as backward technologies,conservative concepts and so on,so their development is inseparable from innovation,and to maintain them develop continually and healthily, it is necessary to strengthen the technical and institutional innovations,and other innovative activities, pay particular attention to emphasize independent innovation, and create their own brands. Through continually explore,act according to circumstances,and customize form their own independent innovation patterns,which enables enterprises to operate well,and occupy the initiative at the same industry.Under the revitalization of the old industrial base of Dalian,building an innovation-oriented city and the state "11th Five-Year" plan to enhance independent innovation's background, this paper discusses on the independent innovation of state-owned enterprises in Dalian. Use of independent innovation and independent innovation strategy as a basic theory, synthetically use of qualitative and quantitative analysis to analyse independent innovation infrastructure and targets which to be achieved in the future of the state-owned enterprises in Dalian.Combined with theoretical research and empirical research,taking the theory as the basis, conclude and analyse the successful patterns of independent innovation of several typical large state-owned enterprises in Dalian,the goal of independent innovation pattern choice and measures to raise the independent innovation abillity in the future. To provide a reference for revitalizing the old industrial base of Dalian and the development of national and regional strategies,and fill the blank in Dalian currently.This paper first outlines the development of independent innovation theory and state-owned enterprises' innovation at home and abroad. Then details theories on the independent innovation. On the basis of full investigation and analysis of the current environment for economic development and state-owned enterprises'status quo of Dalian, analyses the independent innovation environment of the state-owned enterprises,that is the basis of current,opportunities and challenges facing with and the existing problems. Thoroughly studies several enterprises with better development,and concludes five independent innovation patterns. Fully analyses the advantages,disadvantages and the application environment of various patterns,and provides model significance to other enterprises,the goal of independent innovation pattem choice and measures to raise the independent innovation abillity. In the hope of which helpful to building the state-owned enterprises independent innovation pattern with Dalian characteristics,the state economy development of Dalian and building an innovation-oriented city.
