Actualtity And Chaeacteristics Of Agricultural Social Service Of Supply And Demand In China

This study carries out a survey on the peasants' households in three counties on theeastern, central and western regions with questionnaires, and analysis the basic conditionsand characteristics of the China's agriculture community service from the perspective ofpeasants' households, by using the social action theory and rational choice theory ofsociological. And finally discuses the impact of the basic characteristics of peasants'households such as the age and education degree of the head of the household; thefeatures of region as well as the industrial structure that the peasants' households engaged,toward the action of peasants to choose the agriculture community service. Results areshown in following:(1) The service of the government in the agricultural community service does notdominate, and farmers choose the service rational. The government hadn't played the rolein service through the agricultural production, while peasants choose the service whichthey need before weighing the efficiency;(2) Most farmers have high evaluation on the agricultural community service atpresent;(3) Farmers have strong needs for various agricultural social services, but the needsdifferent from the age, education degree, the industrial structure and the features ofregion;(4) To the mode of service, farmers need the services which have a correspondingprofessional service organization to provide good services to the agricultural.
