Analysis On Characteristics And Sci-technology Demand Of Large-Scale Grain-production Households In Guanzhong Region

China is a tradition farming country where agricultural development has accessed a new step of modern agriculture. Advanced modern agricultural science and technology has injected new vitality to the development of agriculture. For a long time, the government gave a special attention to the policy of transformation and promotion of agricultural science research, but still was not enough. On the one hand, compared with the developed countries, competitive advantage of agricultural products and technology content is not high. On the other hand, the rise of new agricultural business entities have higher request for the demand of the agricultural technology, technology service supply diversification, but high quality aspect is difficult to solve the need of farmers. Therefore, the government continued to increase input in agricultural technology,provides the effective demand to increase the competitiveness of agriculture, promoting the Agriculture Industrialization and achieves agricultural modernization.In recent years, because of low benefit of grain, a large number of farmers moved to cities where extensive management phenomenon is relatively common. Under the guidance of government and market demand, a large number of Large-Scale grain-production households have emerged in the national rural area. As a new type of agricultural production and business entities, Large-Scale grain-production households have played a positive role in improving food production conditions and ensuring national food security. Large-Scale grain-production households as adoption of modern agricultural science and technology, has its own characteristics, and the service of agricultural technology could work only if they meet the actual needs of peasant households. Therefore, researching demand of Large-Scale grain-production households for agricultural science and technology can help government better to provide the agricultural and technology, improve agricultural technology service system and promoting agricultural modernization.In this article, the research sample is Large-Scale grain-production households in Guanzhong region. Document arranges and data analyses are used to analyze the situation of large-Scale grain-production households, agricultural science and technology demand characteristics, and influence factors. Finally, measures to support the policy aimed to help Large-Scale grain-production households would be suggested to the government. The conclusions of research are as follows:(1)The existing problems in the development of Large-Scale grain-production households have focused on difficult land circulation, loan financing difficulties, less policy subsidies and lack of science and technology service supply;(2)Conditions of Large-Scale grain-production households are difficult to support the demand of science and technology;(3)Agricultural technology development system services has lagged behind the need of Large-Scale grain-production;(4)Large-Scale grain-production households degree of agricultural science and technology demand is affected by personal characteristics factors and family factors.Based on the research, the paper puts forward several suggestions in two respects:(1)Improve the land circulative system, accelerate the circulation of land;(2)The government strengthening policy support efforts to Large-Scale grain-production households;(3)Encourage Large-Scale grain-production households to establish the business relationship with company, and produce grain to market demand-oriented;(4)Accelerating reforms of the agricultural science and technology department, promoting to the system of multi-dimensional cooperation.(5)Increasing vocational training of farmers and solving the problem of lake of the talents.
