Study On The Construction And Selection Of Central Village In Jianghan Plain Area

There are many problems about the construction of rural residence existing in the current Jianghan plain area: lacking of overall planning on residential areas; standards of land use is partial to height,the whole scale is big; the scale of settlement is small, the infrastructure is difficult to match; and the human settlements' quality is not good enough too. Along with the accelerating of urbanization of countryside, the evolution of spatial structure about countryside in the industrial society provides a possibility of the appearance of central village. The construction of central village, the improvement of the gather scale of the population of rural residence, and the perfection on the infrastructure and the life service function in residential areas, are inevitable tendency of the development of rural residence, and also inevitable choices of increasing the rural residents' standard of living. So there is an important significance on the construction and choice of rural residence.This paper based on the investigation of rural residence of jingzhou city in Jianghan plain area, analysis the situation of the construction of rural residence, make a research on the construction and choice of central village in Jianghan plain area, and then take jiangling town, qingshi country as an example, which is the Jianghan plain hinterland. The main research contents and conclusions are as follows:The first chapter is based on the analysis of research background,objective, and the significance, then make a conclusion of the advance in the problems of the construction and choice of central village home and abroad, which provides a foundation on how to master the direction and depth of the research.Chapter two, associating with the related research of scholars,to definite the conception and connotation of Jianghan plain area,rural residence(village),central village,central evaluation etc. Then analysis the basic theories that support the whole research, which lays a foundation for research on the construction and choice of central village in Jianghan plain area.Chapter three is the construction research on central village in Jianghan plain area. Through grasping the evolution and characteristics of village residence, analysis the main problems that exist in the construction of rural residence, and this paper puts forward that the implementation of central village construction is a inevitable choice for the construction of village in Jianghan plain area. Meanwhile combined with the practical condition of village in Jianghan plain area, this paper also makes the function sited in the construction of central village from three different aspects which including the residential environment of rural sustainable development,service center for agricultural industry,comprehensive service center for village, and analysis the strategy for the construction of central village.Chapter four is the selection research on central village in Jianghan plain area. The selection of central village is based on the central evaluation of village. Through grasping the concept of central evaluation, to select index from geographical environment,the scale of village,development of economics,services,concentration degree of village etc. This paper establish a system of village central evaluation index, and make a statement on the setting of index system for evaluation which includes the identification of evaluation index, methods of determining index value and weight determination etc. Combined the clustering analysis of comprehensive evaluation result, the option of central village has been determined.Chapter five is the safeguard actions research on the construction of central village in Jianghan plain area. Combined the theoretical study above, in terms of creating a good construction condition for central village, strengthening the compilation and implementary degree of central village planning etc., this paper puts forward the safeguard actions to the construction of central village.Chapter six is an empirical study on the construction and selection of central village in Jianghan plain area. This paper takes jiangling town, qingshi country which is presented a typical feature of jianghan plain area as an example. Twenty villages which belong to the qingshi country have been evaluated based on the system of village central evaluation indicators. Through the cluster analysis of comprehensive evaluation value, and combined the existing condition of the development of villages in qingshi country, the option of central village has been determined eventually.
