Empirical Research On The Evaluation Of The Central Plain Cities' Energy Grade

Current region economic development should promote region economic integration and city sustainable development according to city cluster's driving, city circle's establishing and city band's forming. It should be deployed on different type and energy grade cities in region economic system. This development should excess traditional administration region and rely on economic region to integrate factors and resources, and then obtain resources'optimal configuration and scale economic effect. Based on which, this text will introduce the conception of city energy grade, to study how one city's function or functions make influence on the area outside of the city.Since from the reform and openning up, the coastal BoHai Surrounded Area, The Yangtze River Delta and Pearl River Delta Region have become three big city urban clusters that dominate the economical development and take part in international comprtition in china. As a new city urban cluster, The Central Plain Cities are geatly different with three big city urban cluster. The passed researches is mostly in a traditional view of economic development level, industrial structure and spatial structure, this text conduct research on the central plain cities'economic development from the point of economic development level, and make systemic analysis and evaluation to The Central Plain Cities'energy grade structure and city energy grade.This text introduces relevant theory of research on city urban and energy grade firstly, emphases on analyzing growing pole theory, grade transfer theory and theoretic relation of"point to axis systemic theory"and city urban energy level, and make a conclusion of Urban radiation measurement's related indicators and models. Secondly, makes specific presentation respectively based on city function, city element and city structure's energetic influence on city urban cluster's energy structure, then analysis the cities'level and energy grade in city urban cluster, and introduce historical evolution of The Central Plain Cities'level and energy grade. Then describes The Central Plain Cities'current situation, and emphasizes its status and affection in the strategy of the central China's growing up, based on absolved theoretic analysis, Next, established the city energy grade evaluation index system, and we have measured the city energy level to nine cities of the central plain cities. With Multi-dimensional statistical analysis in economic index, life index and service index these three latitudes. Based on which, we established level distributed structure of the central plain cities with the method of system cluster analysis, in the last, aiming to various existing problems in the development of The Central Plain Cities ,we make several counter plan and suggestion to provide more meaningful conclusion for the regional economic development of the central plain cities'reference.
