The economic globalization speeds up day by day today, the world economics are developing toward regional economies direction. Urbanized, in urban cluster coordinated development into area economical competitive power stage strong character. In the last few years, the central plain urban agglomeration clusters rapidly expand, shows talent for the first time in our country urban clusters development, but in the regional economic cooperation, region coordinated development still has the deficiency. This article on the area south of Yellow River urban cluster the question which exists in the development, pointed proposed with its corresponding development countermeasure.The full text altogether divides into five chapters, the1st chapter is an introduction. Has expounded the concept which, the background and the significance in the article involves, and further elaborated this article studies the content, the mentality and the method, have simultaneously pointed out this article place of innovation.
