At present the world has marched into the knowledge and economy time, which bring about the tendency of the economical globalization, the information networking, the currency computerization, the resources knowledge-based. The degree of social market-oriented production has been enhanced obviously. All of these changes facilitate more frequent communication, more delicate division of labor, and much closer of the cooperation, more obvious of the affects, which lead to the upheaval of economy, politics and technical change in the society. It would be more difficult and more unpredictable to preestimate accurately the environmental condition in which the enterprise locates. As a subsystem of the whole society, the enterprise organization which is deeply and extensively influenced by the social reform is in the uncertain environment. The enterprise organization faces the challenge of reforming, market oriented, internation, information, and knowledge, full of pressure, which causes the unchangeable phenomenon in the"change"environment of the knowledge and economy. Those which don't want to change will lack of vitality and tend to shrink and die of. Due to all these reasons, the research on the judgment of transforming performance of the business organization is becoming more and more important in our society.The essay focus on the organization transforming in the manufacture enterprise, try to illustrate the relationship between the organization transforming and organization performance, which reflect the inter-influential effect between them. Some new theories are put forward such as the driving theory of organization performance on organization reform.This essay first presents the judge system of fuzzy appraisal law on the manufacture organization. Secondly analyses the organization reforming taking Qiche Company as an example, which comes to the evaluation results of the Company. Thirdly relative measures are proposed for its later organization transforming. All these will help to improve its competitive ability in the future.
