Study On Appraising System For The Choice Among Investors In State-owned Enterprise Reorganization

Recently, state-owned enterprise reorganizations mainly in property rights system innovation are conducted deeply all around China. Many sorts of non-state-owned capitals participate in the reorganizations, which boosts the economy increasing and the society advancement strongly. But with the deepening reform of state-owned enterprise, the appeared issues aroused comprehensive attentions of the society. Which how to harmonize the character of capital for chasing profit with the legitimate rights of employees, especially to remain state-owned enterprises development, is a problem which needing settlement. State-owned enterprise stock could be hold by burghers, private enterprises, civic investors (organization or individual), foreign corporations and investors. Financial interest, enterprise developing and settlement of employees should be thought about earnestly either in expansion of stocks or transfer of stock right. Before the selection of collaborator, embedded analysis and appraising among it should be done generally. The selection of collaborator is critical for the developing capability of the reorganized enterprises.The thesis based on the theory of consolidation, property rights and so on property rights trade which are relative to state-owned enterprise reorganizations and the choice of investors, explores the method of state-owned enterprise stock system reconstruction and investor diversification. Firstly the thesis researched issues about the choice of investors, then analyzed significance and influence of strategic investor selection and established a index system based on external principal, then evaluate the investors by the gray correlative analysis synthetically, finally formed an appraising system for the choice among investors in state-owned enterpriseThe last part of the thesis is a case of appraising investors of state-owned enterprise reorganization. The author hopes the appraising system for the choice among investors in the thesis can direct the state-owned enterprises to choose the right strategic investor in the reorganization, make contribution for the development of state-owned enterprise reorganization.
