An Application Research Of Balanced Scorecard In The Third Party Logistics Enterprises

Since China's entry into WTO, there are many opportunities and challenges for every walk of life and of course the development of Logistics---the third profit headspring is being given more and more attention. However, logistics enterprises in China are still in the status of mid-development level, especially in the aspect of performance management which extremely calls for great enhancement, therefore, higher and new demands should be put forward on how to promote enterprise management by using performance evaluation in third-party logistics enterprises, that is, the third profit headspring.As a tool of carrying out strategic goals and implementing performance management, balanced scorecard is noticed universally in Chinese enterprises. Compared to the traditional performance evaluation, the performance management adopted in third-party logistics enterprises focus more on future development of organizations, observation and control of outer increment chain, and effective combination of enterprises' long development and short profit.Based on the bilateral probes between practice and theory, by qualitative analysis this dissertation focuses on the analysis and study on Outsourcing to the Third Party Logistics, the fundamental advanced and efficient from the views of economical theories, powerful influence and the blooming status. Moreover, it is finally summarized that the Third Party Logistics enterprises could promote the management capability using balanced scorecard.In this thesis, we apply general balanced scorecard into the logistics enterprises administration, study on the performance evaluation of third-party Logistics from various points such as clients, inner procedure, future development, financial value and so on, then bring forward relevant supplemental specification, get out of the dilemma resulted from the performance management in third-party Logistics enterprises and promote the enterprises administration.
