Research On The Japanese Firms' Salary Control System And Motivation Mechanisms

This study is to investigate the Japanese enterprises in the 1990's bubble economy, the environment change and the need makes the continuous adjustment and the market demand, inducts the group A as a case study example, investigate the reform of strategy of group A salary control system and how the changes of business environment to affect the salary control system trend, and unifies the Japanese economy development in order to reorganizes the history of Japanese Firm salary control system.Analyzes the strategy of Japanese group A and the trend and future development of control system reform. The new salary system reform and bringing about revolution in enterprise's influence and changes, driving encouraged benefit of enterprises value from the group A system, the competition superiority, the survivor and expanding the competitive power of the enterprise, brings the new turning point by the achievements of the guidance enterprise system. The 1990's bubble economy, happen to provide an opportunity of Japan firm to think deeply the introspection, also provide the best sample regarding the enterprises revolution.
