| I have analyzed the historical background & development status in Shenzhen real estate industry at this article; finally I made a conclusion below: there is serious bubble at real estate market in Shenzhen, and the house price is returning to a reasonable level while the bubble breaks.Firstly, I released the definition of real estate bubble, explained what economic bubble was and what real estate bubble was; then I reviewed the development process of Shenzhen real estate market, it included the current status and imagine future; all data indicates that the bubble is very clear in Shenzhen real estate market.Based on deep study on its root cause and social damage with lot examples which happened all over the world, I also analyzed its special running regulation, discovered it wasn' t our expected objective for unsmooth price dropping. Furthermore, I drafted the real estate alarm system and gave some primary constructive advice for future.At last I expressed my opinion about the prevention and defect proof measurement from the root cause reason, totally I list four solutions. |
