Applying Research Of TPS In The Huali Company, Terois Dranch Plant

To fit the launch of new products for enterprise, it is necessary to set up the requirements of all new production management, apply the science management theory and select the advanced production management style, simultaneously designs and operates the implementing scheme on the base of researching the actual situation of enterprise.In the thesis, it mainly researches the applying current situation of production management mode of automobile industry both at home and abroad and chooses TPS as the adequate production management mode in combination with variety with production of new vehicle model; it also researches the essential of TPS, designs the implementing scheme and implements the scheme for introduction of TPS of manufacturing branch plant. Finally, it generally and thoroughly compares the implementing effect with the branch which adopts the traditional production mode in Huali company.Through the research of integration of theory with practice, it fairly summarizes the essential of TPS and implements the TPS (the implementing effect is good) on the base of controlling the current situation of enterprise. Thus, not only it benefits the enterprise itself, also affords other domestic enterprises lessons for successfully carrying out he TPS.
