Toyota Production System & Total Productive Maintenance have already been generally accepted by the world for the most successful management style of car manufacturing industry.TPS is based on JIT(just in time) and automation,These two conceptions make TPS to be a rationalization produce system,Its target is to eliminate all of waste in the enterprise , TPS is a continuous improvement at the core activities to reduce costs.And TPM pursues the produce system with most high-efficiency.Although TPM and TPS are put forward in the different ages, both of the thinking is related with basic viewpoint allied, the TPM is the necessary skill to reach the Toyota production way, There is an inseparable relationship between TPS and TPM.The United States, Europe of flourishing nation and Chinese etc., Asian developing countries all are studying this kind of management style, many enterprises once successively ushered in Toyota production way, attempted to reform business enterprise physical endowment to promote a competition ability, but because it is not a maturity academic theories, but is a physically applied of concrete system, it belongs to a dynamic state and inside concealed knowledge, the external world is difficult to peep its entire content, so It's hard to achieve success.Aim at above difficulty, This paper put forward a set of production management theory about integrate TPS/TPM, it is based on detail analysis TPS/TPM theory, and by the actual research of local enterprise, to verify its success operation method.For the main structure of the integrate TPS/TPM production system, TPS as a system principal axis, supported by the TPM activity, it can be performed from management and implementation. For management,the whole members'awareness need innovate to reach the same target;For implementation,By 5 S activity, The result can be standardized to the whole companieses.First of all, the implementation starts from the management side, The decision and declaration from management level can attain the whole memberses innovation .Then carry on with the small group and establish organization to improvement , Collect the current data and establish an improvement target.Then launch integration improvement activity: start from the 5 S; choice the demonstration line; take TPS as corpus to carry on integrate improvement activity, TPM with small improvement group join.The improvement result need to be announced andstandardized in time, as a result new instruction procedure(SOP) will be done.This research is be proved its superiority by the actual ducting experiment of local enterprise.The productivity, unit cost, equipments total efficiency of that business enterprise and etc. various production index shows all have a promotion.,...
