Research On Life-Cycle Green Management Of Construction Project

As a method of management, green management is a new theory on the background of new economy time in the 21st century. The domestic scholars have begun to research it that came from the practice of enterprise in western developed countries. For a long time, China economies have extensively improved. Enterprises pursuit economic benefits too much but ignore social benefit and environmental benefits, so that resource has been wasted and environment has been polluted seriously. Green management is way of solution.During the period of construction, there is much problem of pollution and resource. It is displayed that 50 percent energy in the world is consumed in the building's constructing and using, and 34 percent of all the environment pollution is related to construction industry. So it is necessary to practice greenalization in construction industry. There are two meanings in it, greenalization of building and process. With a view of life cycle, the paper take a systematical theory research of project green management, which think it should add up the targets of resource, environment and human upon the traditional targets of project management. Based on the experience of industrial enterprise, project green management should work all the process, entire personnel and overall.There mainly are three parts in the paper. Firstly, in the base of experience of enterprise green management, it expounds the concept of project green management. Secondly, it analyzes the management methods and guarantee means in each phases of life-cycle project. Finally it gives practicable proposal for government's policy of encouraging and supervising.
