Research On Integrated Developing Mode And Strategy Of Producer Service Enterprises

As the global service economy is formed, more and more scholars focus on the research about modern services, especially producer services. At present, people make less research on producer service enterprises in our country, and according to the developing situation about companies in our country, the producer service enterprises are commonly small-scale and distribute dispersedly, which can not satisfy the manufacturing enterprises. The manufacturing can not develop well with the producer services, which makes disadvantage of the continuous development for national economy. So, in order to make the producer service enterprises in our country larger and stronger, this thesis makes research mainly on integrated developing mode and strategy of producer service enterprises.First of all, the basic theory about producer service is introduced, the developing history of producer service and interrelation between producer services and manufacturing are concluded, and then the author analyzes content of service science and the reflection to producer services.Secondly, aiming at the production process of manufacturing enterprise, the producer services'framework for manufacturing enterprises is proposed, the types and characters of producer service for manufacturing enterprises are analyzed. Based on this, the producer services'operation modes for manufacturing enterprises——manufacturer self-management service mode, service outsourcing mode and collaboration service mode are put forward with actual cases to analyze successful implementing condition for each mode.And then, based on the research about basic theory and service mode of producer service above, the condition requirement of producer service enterprises'development——policy condition requirement, basic establishment condition requirement, human resource condition requirement, industrialization requirement, and industry centralization requirement is analyzed. Combining the integrated managing thought three kinds of modes about integrated development for producer service enterprises——group corporation mode, strategic alliance mode and cooperation with users'mode are proposed, which is followed with typical cases to analyze successful implementing condition for each mode.Finally, combining the thought of service science with business management, several developing strategies aiming at producer service enterprises'integrated development are put forward, for example, taking service resources and main operation as the point; choosing appropriate partner enterprise taking service demand as guide; shaping the core competed advantage taking service innovation as means; cultivating excellent producer service quality from the point of service brand; introducing the modern management thought to promote synergy management for producer service enterprises, etc.
