Mergers & Acquisitions can be classified into two types: financial supporting mode or industrial reconstruct mode, only the second mode is discussed in this dissertation.The integration after merger& acquisition refers to the whole systematical arrangement of enterprise key element such as assets and organization structure and human resource while the buyer acquired the assets ownership and share-list and the right of running management of the target enterprises. It could lead the post mergers & acquisition enterprises carry on its business following the certain aim or guide or strategy. And it needs to organically combine operational system (including management/producing/marketing/serving/enterprise culture) of two or more original enterprises and carry on business swiftly and effectively. This procedure of integrating becomes the most difficult and most pivotal period due to its complexity.The integrating project should be planned in the course of mergers and acquisition. It is mainly made up of two parts: resource integration and procedure integration. Lots of contents is included in this two section such as reservation and combination of human resource, coalition of finance resource and tangible or intangible resource, consolidation of administration system and unification of salary & reward system.According to the universal theory of integration, this dissertation demonstrates and studies the mode of M&A and procedure and content of several typical public corporations in china stock market, including Xinjiang Tunhe /Tianshan Cement/Alloy Stocks of D'long international group and Holley shareholding and China international marine containers Co. ltd. Research indicates the common succeeding factor in different M&A modes of different corporations: attaching importance to integration.The critical reasons of subsidiary company of D'long group consist of following items: researching strategic industrial and particularly schedule, buying the best enterprises and the best entrepreneurs, exerting comparative advantage in mature fields, trying for the maximum market in the tide of globalization.The Holley Group(Holley shareholding) chooses a different mode of M&A, and it refers to the vertical integration of an industrial chain. The key factors of its succeeding integration are preoccupying special nature resources, paying attention to reservation of human resources and thorough implementing the strategy.China international marine containers Co. ltd. applies its core competitive abilities, combines the resource elements and actualizes maximization of comprehensive benefits. And these lead to its integration success.It can be concluded from these typical cases that whatever the differences among the succeeding factors are, holds the essential element is all the same. And the essential elements are different to different corporations. They should be deal with elaborate analysis.
