A Study On Lean Cost Control Of Construction Project

Cost control and management is an important part of construction project management. But, how to effectively control the cost of construction project is stilly a problem which need to deeply research. Lean thinking aims to wipe out the waste continuously and to be perfect. Lean production has made big progress in manufacture industry. The theory used in manufacture cost management and construction production management has formed lean cost management and lean construction theory. Lean thinking and its application has made a new method for construction project cost control.The paper systematically introduces the meaning of lean construction and lean theory, analyzes the defaults of traditional construction project cost control, and proposes the method of construction cost control based on lean thinking, lean construction and lean cost management. At the beginning, the paper introduces the lean theory and its application, and then analyzes the cost control of construction project. The paper proposes that value flow management is a good method to control construction production flow and production cost, supply chain management is good method to manage construction material flow, purchase cost and stock cost, and last planner system creates stable work flow of construction project, enhances the execution effect of construction production plans. And the paper analyzes the cost management of construction cost control, proposes the integrated cost control of target cost management and activity-based costing management for construction project.At the end, the research work is summarized and a perspective on the future research work is made.
