With the development of information technology, especially the popular application of internet technology unorganized network information can satisfy network users no longer. They need more centralized information, more vivid representing form, more convenient and rapid service and more uncontrolled consumption.This thesis has introduced the concept and meaning of the E-magazine, and has mainly explained and analyzed the development and current situation of the E-magazine in terms of integrating e- commerce. It has done some rational analysis and discussion on operation approaches and profit model of E-magazine at present. It has analyzed the development situation of E-magazine from the point of view of project management and proposed E-magazine as an exchange platform to carry out cross-media marketing. It studies E-magazine's application in e-commerce and discusses how to develop its profit mode to promote the development of E-magazine's application in e-commerce.
