At present, the tourism industry has become an important growth spot in the field of National economy. China has become to the great world traveling country by the great resources of traveling country. The development of Xinjiang tourism industry had been high noticed by The Central Party Committee and the State Council. The Autonomous Region Party Committee and the Government has confirmed the tourism industry as one of the mainstay industries in Xinjiang and it has been put into the National Economy and Social Development plans.The development of Xinjiang tourism industry faced with unprecedented opportunity and challenge.Based on the above understanding and the nature characteristic of tourism industry which comprehensive, theconnection and high depended on environment.This article applicated the system analysis method to analyse the present situation of various subsystems in Xinjiang traveling system .namely,the existence question in Xinjiangtravelled the economical system,the Xinjiang traveling environmentsystem,the Xinjiang traveling society and culture system.
