The Research On The Management Problems About Product Innovation Of Yushun Shoes Corporation

Currently, China's science and technology have been improved rapidly with many new products replacing unadvanced ones. Enterprises whose technology and business scope change little will have limited competitiveness and are even hard to survive. In order to develop and survive, the enterprise must continuously improve the performance and quality of its products to keep competitiveness in the market.This paper researches on a typical manufacturing company——Yushun Shoes Corporation. Based on the broad reference to many materials and my personal practice working in Yushun Corporation, this article introduces the new surroundings of manufacturing corporations and the general theory of product innovation, then, describes the existing status of the organization, the human resource and the mould of innovation about Yushun Corporation, especially emphasizes on the general characteristics of product innovation system. The description indicates the main problems of product innovation. Taking the actual problems existing in the corporation into consideration, the operating mechanism of product innovation, the form of organization, human resource ensuring mechanism and information system have been analyzed. Apart from above, how to improve the product innovation system has been discussed. Many measures are suggested to the company, which include strengthening the basic technology and constructing the shoes resource system to ameliorate the process of product innovation, improving the assessment mechanism and stimulating mechanism, setting up the training system and changing the way of recruiting to enhance the team, establishing the principles of information managing and applying advanced information equipment to optimize the information system, etc.The suggestions and proposals are not only for Yushun Corporation, but also for other corporations, which major in shoes manufacturing or major in other articles manufacturing, in the field of product innovation. It is conducive to the improvement of the corporation's product innovation abilities and buildup of the advantage of general competition.
