Market competition is becoming increasingly fierce,the core competitiveness of enterprises is the key to the success or failure of competition,the core competitiveness of enterprises need to continue to carry out technological innovation and product innovation.In our country,product innovation has attracted more and more attention,but in the process of product innovation,will encounter this or that problem,which requires enterprises to make scientific and effective management of product innovation in product innovation process.Product innovation management theory into China for a short time,the development is not perfect,many enterprises are directly from abroad and transformed the theory in the application process,resulting in product innovation management theory to adapt in the enterprise,product innovation effect of the large discount.There are a lot of product innovation management in domestic problems,the thesis focuses on three aspects: product,product life stage positioning elements of innovation management,imitate the threat.On the basis of TRIZ,this paper studies the product innovation management of JZ electric company.According to the needs of enterprise strategy,JZ electric company should innovate the two products of high voltage frequency converter and XGN2-12 box type fixed metal enclosed switch cabinet(hereinafter referred to as XGN2 switchgear).Firstly--Study on the high-voltage power filter product life product positioning in the original enterprise,lay the foundation for the innovation of two products JZ electric company,according to the S-curve of the TRIZ rules,combined with the product life cycle theory,the number of patent products,product cost and product profit index,product positioning and life stage.The analysis of product life of the germination period,growth period,mature period and characteristics of different life stages to help enterprises solve the problems in the process of product innovation.High voltage inverter JZ electric company is to solve the products can not meet the market demand,product imitation and intellectual property disclosure problems,through the nine screen TRIZ analysis method of the high voltage inverter product innovation management research on the problems of the products for system analysis,to find solutions to the problem.For the XGN2 switch product innovation elements of the management problems in the process of innovation of the cabinet,according to the material field model theory,the analysis of product innovation elements,the four elements of technical elements,product innovation,capital market factors and management factors as a key factor of product innovation,analyzing the relationship between the four factors,propose product innovation elements management method.Based on the main problems of JZ electric company appeared in the process of product innovation management in the analysis of research methods to solve the problems on the basis of TRIZ,provide reference for management of product innovation for domestic enterprises to.
