Organizational change is that enterprises take up adjust and change actions inorder to adapt to envoironmental change. It attends to gain the competitive advantageagain.Organizational behaviour is that the organizational phenomenon caused by allelements internal organization interact.It is external behaviour of organization andimportant value to organizational development. This study in our country is stillin original stage. But bound change practices and huge market developing dimensionsupply large field to it in our country.It tries to systematically study the change rule of organizational behaviour andinfluent factors in the environment of organizational change.It tries to find theinternal contact between them in order to make better guidance to organizationalchange practice,further improving the theory of organizational change. It studiesorganizational change in the view of organizational behaviour, the model oforganizational behaviour change in our high-tech enterprises which is inorganizational change.It also studies how the factors which influences organizationalbehaviour affect organizational performance.It takes the form of questionnaire facinghigh-tech enterprises of medium and small size.It is to feel the change led byorganizational change in the form of answering.It constructes the model amonginfluent factors,organizational behaviour and organizational performance, thenensures the internal contact among these factors by making statistical analysis basedon questionnaire datas.It sets up the organizational behaviour model that improvesorganizational change performance effectively by analysizing high-tech enterprisesorganizational behaviour based on organizational change environment.It is thatemphasizing motivation behaviour, improving workers' activity indeed,strengtheningthe construction of soft system such as organizational culture,innovationmechanism,external environment.Hence it makes the organizational change success. The result may supply the reference to hogh-tech enterprise organizationalchange in our country. It's innovation lies in that it overall examines the internalcontact between organizational behaviour and organizational performancesystematically. It founds the original analysis model. Alought it needs to be tested bymore practical effects, it must put forwards to organizational change further anddevelopment of high-tech enterprises in our country. It is also worthy to the researchon organizational change theory in our country.
