With the advancement of technology, the competition among enterprises and the pressure on the staff are increasing. The organizational climate has taken more attention by the foreign researchers for its effect on mobilizing the enthusiasm of the staff, improving productivity and lowering turnover rate. However, the research in my state is just starting.Researchers have proved that the organizational climate has a close relationship with organization's growth, development and performance. In order to won in the increasingly fierce competition, A has to take more efforts on the enterprise management, corporate image and enterprise performance. So, good organizational climate is very important to enterprise A. To establish organizational climate suitable for enterprise development is the key link and focus for the company development. It is also an important factor to get competitive advantage for enterprise A.This paper begins with the research status of organizational climate. Firstly, give a introduction of the significance of this study, the theory and research results, and then analyze the theories of organizational climate——Field Theory and Group Dynamics, Crowd Relations Theory and Maslow's Need Hierarchy Theory. Secondly, it integrates the research results at home and abroad on the definition of organizational climate and dimension. So, it finds commonalities in dimensions of organizational climate. And then study the dimension of company A according to the four dimensions. Meanwhile, it states the contact and distinction of the organizational climate and enterprise culture, and also the relationship between organizational climate and management efficiency and benefits. Then, this paper use Q12 measurement tools to investigate the organizational climate and performance, according to the analysis of the result, it proposes the problem about the organizational climate of company A and analyzes these issues according to the status quo of the enterprise A. Finally, it also reveals the mechanism of the organizational climate to the effect of performance according to the detailed analysis on the impactof the various organizational climate factors. Then it proposes the ways and meanswhich are useful to improve the organizational climate of company A.
