Analysis Of International Competition Ability Of Chinese Securities Field In The Background Of Liberalizing Trade In Financial Service

At present, the researches on the opening of Chinese financial field mainly lean to the direction of trade in financial service, and majority of them are theoretical researches which are about national policy and supervision. However, this article with the angle of our securities filed analyzes its circumstance, competition ability, the mode and operation of using foreign capital. Then, it brings forward the advantages and disadvantages inside, and finally gives caution to securities companies in our country.The article, which bases on the introduction of related conceptions and protocols about liberalizing trade in financial service, interprets the relation and difference between liberalizing trade in financial service and related terms. Then it analyzes the development cause and further expounds the course and actuality about opening of Chinese securities field, which also analyzing the influence on this field. Later, it gives a deep analysis on the international competition ability of Chinese securities field, and further brings forward the measures and strategic choices which should be adopted by Chinese securities field.When analyzing the international competition ability of Chinese securities field, this article first gives out the definition of competition ability of securities field which bases on the definition of international competition ability and that of the third industry. It points out that the analysis of competition ability of securities field should be divided into two aspects which are securities markets and institutions that participate in the markets. The securities markets include stock market and bond market, while the institutions that participate in the markets are mainly securities companies. Some indexes are adopted in the analyzing process. Through comparing of the data from both domestic and overseas securities field and also several years' development of Chinese securities field, this article finally draws the conclusion. At present, the international competition ability of Chinese securities field is comparatively weak, which cannot face the overseas competition. Chinese securities field goes ahead in frustration.Finally, basing on the analysis of international competition ability of Chinese securities field, this article considers about several problems about opening of securities field and draws the conclusion that the opening mode which is relatively suitable for the reality of Chinese securities field is direct opening which should be gradual and restrictive. It also brings forward that we should pay attention to the development of financial derivation market and bond market when cultivating the competition ability of securities market. In addition, it also points out that in the opening condition, our national securities companies should promote their competition ability in the aspects of capital financing, professional innovation, service and marketing, research and study, and risk control.
