Empirical Study On Growth Of Listed Companies In Hi-tech In Our Country

Along with the progress of national economy and competition intensified between enterprises, growth is more and more paid attention to. Especially, by developing science and technology and putting forward innovation, hi-tech companies in our country can how to development when face to complicated domestic and overseas' environment, and how to realize qualitative change based on quantitative change? At present, the hi-tech companies exists some problems, such as, diversified in development level, core competence is not stronger and management ability is low. So, studying on hi-tech companies' growth has great practical significance.Based on data of listed companies in hi-tech industry which can be openly obtained, guided by modem economics theories, enterprise management theories, as well as modem statistical theories and methods, taking in the latest domestic and abroad achievements in this field, systematically analyzing the conditions and the characteristics of listed companies in hi-tech industry, and adopting the methods of normative and positive analysis, this research tries to seek out the internal relationship between the growth of hi-tech listed companies and its influential elements, then finding out every influential factor which influences hi-tech listed companies by using factorial analytical method, and obtaining every influential factor how to influence hi-tech listed companies by establishing regression model. At last, according to result of demonstration, this research proposes some material suggestions and political advice to assure hi-tech companies' growth.Studies have shown that, hi-tech companies' operational ability is positive drive its growth, so enterprise should improve its management ability; Hi-tech companies' core competence is negative drive its growth, the reason is that hi-tech companies in our country are short of core technology and enslaved to abroad good-sized enterprises, so hi-tech companies in our country should enhance management ability of human resource and ability of innovation, etc; Otherwise, the ability of gaining profit should promote; The factor of non-current stock is negative drive hi-tech companies' growth, it's show that the share reformation in our country is imperative at present; Both the factor of asset's merit and special contribution can be interpreted from the view of core competence at certain degree.This thesis's breakthrough is which starts from the latest enterprise's network growth mechanism, lucubrates factors which influence the hi-tech companies' growth. At demonstration part, this article uses the method of two steps demonstration, thinks over and analyzes factors which influence hi-tech companies' growth and its relation all-sided.
