A Study On Several Issues Of Chinese Enterprises' FDI

Bringing in FDI has been the key point of Chinese "Opening up Policy" for a long time. Since that, Chinese enterprises' own FDI grew slowly. But with the fast development of Chinese economy and carry out of "Go Abroad Strategy", Chinese enterprises' FDI has been to a flourishing period. Research on Chinese enterprises' FDI has many points both in theory and practice.This article mainly researches the developing condition, strategic choice and risks prevention of Chinese enterprises' FDI. At first, this paper introduces some related theories of FDI and then uses them to analyze the necessity and feasibility of Chinese enterprises' FDI; Second, it use demonstrated method to analyzes the development, features, exited problems; After that, analyzes position choice, investment model and cross culture management of Chinese enterprises' FDI in detailed; Fourth, this article analyze some normal risks of FDI and puts forward some measures to prevent from these risks; At last, this article analyzes the case of Lenove Group's FDI and finally put forward some suggestion to foster the development of Chinese enterprises' FDI.This article concludes some personal opinion based on former study and uses the combined method of theoretical analysis, demonstrated analysis, historical analysis and comparative analysis. This thesis also adds many cases to the whole study and puts forward some new opinion and suggestion in order to give some theoretical guide to Chinese enterprises' FDI.
