Nimble Response In Distribution Center Of Concatenate Retail Trade Based On RFID

With the development of concatenate retail trade, the retail trade presents to the tendency that it should agilely respond the effective customer's multi-varieties, the small batch and the multi- frequency demand. It has become the key problem that how to respond the multiple shop's demand agilely in low cost and high efficiency. The original storage,transport,wholesale mode was divided and lack of cooperation with each other. They can not fit to the demand of the modern concatenate retail trade. The professional distribution center has become the logistics pattern which concatenate retail trade has widely used.The level of agile response can influence social benefit and economy benefit of distribution center. Modern distribution center must both have roboticized logistics equipment and information management system. The method of information adopting has become the entrance through which logistics information enter the information management system. So, the exact frequency of information adopting has become the key to the logistics management and information management. It is a trend to use RFID, an new kind of information adopting technology, in distribution center.This thesis focuses on RFID technology and distribution center, providing a meaning to found the agile mechanism in distribution center of concatenate retail trade based on RFID. In order to found the agile mechanism, this thesis study the base to realize the agile response based on RFID. At the same time, the application mode and frame of RFID in the distribution center has been researched. And then, the effect of RIFD in the information resource management has been studied. At last, the KPI of logistics in distribution center was designed.The second chapter in this thesis depicts a kind of base which distribution center must possess. Meanwhile, it answers the question why it should have this kind base to realize agile response. In the third chapter, the application mode of RFID in the distribution center based on the content of the second chapter was studied. At last, the fourth chapter depicts the KPI of logistics in distribution center. The content of these chapters depict a method to realize the agile response in distribution center of concatenate retail trade based on RFID step by step.
