This paper first analyzes the reasons of enterprise human resource management risk (HRMR). With the characters and present situation of human resource management (HRM) in generation enterprise, it seeks the reasons of HRMR in generation enterprise, expounds the analysis flow of HRMR, and introduces the evaluation methods of HRMR. Next, it outlines the condition of Matou power plant, and emphatically narrates its human resource management situation. The factors of HRMR are analyzed. Questionnaire survey and experts marking method are utilized to get the evaluation index system of HRMR. Then, fuzzy integration evaluation method is used to evaluate the risk of HRM in Matou power plant, and the following is the analysis of the evaluation results. At last, it is the conclusion of this paper. |
