Research On The Optimum Selection Of Regional Agriculture Investment

The sustainable development of agriculture is the basis of national economic growth and improving the people's living conditions. And investment in agriculture is the premise foundation of the sustainable development of agriculture. At present, the choice of investment program in agriculture has increasingly become a focus and hot issue of China's investment projects. Because the development of regional economy and improvement of people's living standards are directly linked to regional agricultural investment.At first, this paper summarized the domestic and foreign research status of regional agricultural investment projects, and made a detail discussion of the regional-agriculture-related concepts. Secondly, this paper from the angles of the economic efficiency of enterprises, the regional social benefits, regional environmental effects, and rural economic development benefits to analyze the factors which influence the choice of investment program in regional agriculture. Then construct a comprehensive evaluation system of regional agricultural investment projects. Thirdly, on the base of analyzing the indicators of the agricultural projects, this paper chose an appropriate evaluation method--AHP-fuzzy method. Finally, taking KaiJiang County's agricultural investment as the research background, gave the corresponding countermeasures of economic development of Kaijiang County through the evaluation of its agricultural investment.Through the research, some achievements were gained as follows:(1),According to the angle of system theory, further constructed the critical indicators for every factor and established a set of scientific and reasonable evaluation index system of regional agricultural investment projects.(2),Basing on a deep analysis of the evaluation index of agricultural investment projects, this paper chose a more appropriate evaluation method--fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method. Then the modified AHP method can be used to determine the weight of every index, so the weight determination could be more accurate.(3),The regional agriculture investment decision-making model was applied. Through the appraisal selects project 2 (the pig cultivation processing integration project) is the most superior investment project in Kaijiang County. Thus, this paper provided a more scientific and systematic evaluation method for the KaiJing County's agricultural investment projects choosing.
