| Risk management is one of the core subjects of project management, and it is also an key method and solution to strengthen the risk management of the product development to keep the enterprise survival and continuous development in the competitive world. It helps the enterprise to grow fast and is also one of the key factors to keep the enterprise ahead of the market foreland.This thesis is based on the electrical industrial new product development risk characters and risk factors, after introducing the basic theory about the project risk management. Emphasizes on studying the risk management way of the new products development in electrical industry from the products business lines characters to risk identification, risk assessment, risk deal and risk monitor during the products development process. By analyzing the new products development cases in I company in order that the theory leads practice and combine the practice together. Improving I company risk management level and help I company to win the market and keep continuous developing in the world.The qualitative method and quantitative method are mainly used during the risk management analysis in this thesis. The qualitative method includes: risk tree identification method, risk factors analysis method, AHP method etc. The quantitative methods includes: Possibility analysis method, DFMEA, Fail tree analysis, Design Tolerance Analysis and VAR method. It also takes some models on presenting the risk management way for the new products development. Firstly introduce the risk identification of the product development project, and then analyze the main risks per the different stage of the product development process to make sure the risk management and monitor are placed during the development process and keep the development getting smoothly. This thesis also tries to provide a risk management method of the new products development to strengthen the enterprise competition power and win the market. |
