The theory of corporate financial core competence was one of the latest theories integrating management and economics, derived from the strategic management theory, the economic theory, the knowledge economy theory and the innovation theory continually exploring for the root of the company's sustained competitive advantage, embodied every subjects' cross and amalgamation.What is the corporate core competence? Many scholars had done different definitions from different angles, from the history of enterprise development and the development of the theory of corporate ability, we could gain: corporate core competence was the result of the development of corporate ability which changed with the environment, its essential was that it was a comprehensive quality which was gradually cultivated, quickly fitted and used variational environment to develop and strengthen itself.The theory of corporate financial core competence was the new phase of the theory of modern corporate, it was the continuable profit growth competence which ran through company's whole dynamic financial management system, took the long-term accumulation knowledge and the innovation as the internal core, gained after mutual amalgamation, and was different from other companies, proprietary, dynamically developmental. It was composed of CFO's capacity and institutional arrangements, financial strategy management capacity, financial strain capacity, financial innovation capability, and financial early warning capability, and so on, and it had value characteristic, heterogeneity characteristic, knowledge characteristic, unity characteristic, and dynamic characteristic.The premise those the corporate cultivated and enhanced financial core competence was that we must have very profound understanding for the per se of financial core competence, through analysis and evaluation for the indexes of corporate financial core competence, could scientific evaluation and comparatively understand the status and development of corporate financial core competence in different phases. This paper constructed indexes evaluation system of corporate financial core competence, and used AHP evaluation to progress indexes evaluation's theoretical analysis.The different corporate had certain disciplinarian and principle in the corporate financial core competence cultivation, this paper confirmed the human principle, the innovation principle, the progressive principle, the key principle, the dynamic principle and so on five principles of the corporate financial core competence cultivation mainly from the strategic stratification, discussed five concrete ways and approaches of the financial person cultivation, the financial strategy system cultivation, the financial strain capacity cultivation, the financial management innovation ability cultivation and the financial early warning ability cultivation of the corporate financial core competence cultivation.
