Study Of Land-Use Planning Implement Management Information System Based On ComGIS

The establishment is very difficult; the key point is the implementation and effective is very important in land use planning work .So, land- utilization planning and its implementation management become more and more important as the powerful weapon to the implement of land-use macro-distribution and land-use regulation. It is meaningful to build the perfect land-use planning management information system in county in order to promote the scientific level of the land-use planning, improve the efficiency of daily work. The application of the GIS technique to the land-use planning effectively promotes the information and scientific level of the planning management.The thesis establishes a management information system of planning implement for land utility based on GIS. Based on GIS platform, the management information system of overall planning implement for land utility is developed for second time. The GIS platform selected is MapX with development language of VB. Microsoft Access is selected as the data platform to manage relevant attribute information and maintain, revise and visit database through programming. The system function design includes the basic functions of general GIS, such as input and revision to spatial database and attribute database; dual-direction enquiry on current diagram of land utility, administrative region diagram and attribute information. The system makes thematic maps automatically.the paper takes realization degree of land-use planning of ChangJi city of XJ as example and applies planned system into practice. It shows the system is convenient, stable, and it can save working time, improve work efficiency, and accomplish work, as well as support managers to make decision.
