'Cherish every inch of land and use land appropriately'is a basic policy in our country. Our country's land is in poor , but has a big population. So average cultivated land is seriously in need. That protect our land and save land is not only related to our whole country's economic development , but also is related to the people's basic benefit.Nowadays, Ministry of Land and Resources of the China is helding the project of the third land use planning , that how to make sure the land use planning become more scientifically and predict land use in future scientifically , and control the country's economic development by land is a serious question. And this calls for the software served to the land use planning more demand, such as requiring the statistics in land planning database being more scientific and precise.This essay bases on land use planning software served to land and resources, research the item project layout in land use planning and the statistics in land use database. This eassay is intended to make software providing convenient tools for land use planning and management, also is a good practice in statistics for land information system. There are two aspects in detail:1) This essay bases on convenience, utility and easy to use in software function design, give the item layout question detailed analysis, make a comprehensive consideration, design item project management function served to item layout plan, thus it can make a consecution between all kinds of items, and realize flexible positioning of item, and provide a tool for item combination analysis.2) In virtue of statistics in ground objects produced in the process of the land use planning, this essay is to describe the process of land use planning in quantity, thus provide the data analysis between the differences before and after the land use planning, such as balanceable analysis between different ground objects, structure adjust analysis in land use, basic farmland adjust analysis and so on.The research results of this thesis are as follows:1) Provide a convenient item layout tool for land planning project, introduce the concept of flow to the business of comprehensive land use planning in the first time, export various reports needed of land planning by land plan flow method, provide a new way of statistical method to land information systems .2) Item project management and land plan flow have been successfully applied to Beijing Supermap Software Comprehensive Land Use Planning Building Data System and Beijing Supermap Software Comprehensive Land Use Planning Management System. The system has been already used in the land use planning work in China, such as Hubei, Chongqing, Yunnan, Guangxi, Shanxi, Neimeng and Qinghai. Meanwhile, as a teaching software, the system has been already applied to the Capital University of Economics and Business, Central China Normal University and other universities.
