Research On Company Governance Structure Of Shaanxi Aeronautic Carbide Tool Company

The major research of this paper is company property rights structure and company covernance structure with property rights theory, commission agent theory, benefit relation theory and company covernance structure theory. On the basis of the research, Shaanxi Aeronautic Carbide Tool Company (called as SACTC hereinafter) is transformed into a limited stock company according to the rules of the company law and the system model of modern enterprise. Furthmore, the reformation plan on company covernance structure of SACTC is put forward.
