A Research On Material Supply Management System Of Zhongyuan Oil Field

As the national large oil field, the actual material supply management is out of date as the market economy is deepening. How to purchase and stock material properly, reduce stock amount and purchasing cost become the effective way of Zhongyuan Oil Field to find profit from inside and to increase the competitive power.Logistic is vital to the human society, which is the same as the energy flow and the information flow. It is conformity of purchase, material management, storage, transportation and allocation, and is one of the main factors determining the enterprise's benefit and efficiency. It is said that the level of the logistics can completely reflect the compositive capacity and competition ability of an enterprise. The advanced material management theory and mode is used in this paper. The current management mode of Zhongyuan Oil Field is analyzed to show the deficiency of this mode under the new era. The material supply management mode is studied by using the theory of managerial engineering and operational research. A practical and effective solution is provided after studying the main factors including the demanding plan, purchasing, stock, allocation, transportation and information processing. The solution breaks through the current material-supply mode and combines all above factors to suit the modern material supply demand.
