Risk control of engineering project is an important research issue in the study of engineering project management, also in constructing risk assessing system. This thesis is based on the theories of the risk management and assessment methods , aiming at risk assessing of engineering project ,by means of analyzing the relevant factors ,explores the principles ,targets, functions ,structure and operational models of the engineering project risk factors .The establishment of risk assessing system enables us to trace variation trend of risk factors, value different states of risk ,send out precaution signals and alarms to clients , supervisors and contractors in time, so that policymakers have more time to learn and control risk , and take effective measures to avert and prevent the project risk as soon as possible .At the same time, this thesis constructs the assessing index system by giving a examples and exploring the AHP ,and analyzes importance of index weight .Finally, this thesis puts forward the countermeasures of engineering project risk.
