Study On Influence And Managing Countermeasures Of The Three Key Projects Of Yibin City On Regional Economy

Yibin city have a particular location advantage and abundant resource advantage in the southwest cities' group in china, which play an important role in Changjiang river' Economic Belt. Because Yibin city's investment in the key projects has account for a great of proportion in its fixed asset investment, so the key projects have an important support function and bring an important contribution to host regional economic GDP. We think that study on influence and managing countermeatrues of the key projects on regional ecnomic development will product far-reaching effect and researchful value for Yibin city's economic development and industrial layout.In this paper, we had used Xiang Jiaba Project and Yibin-Changning Road Project and Zhongba Group Exploitation Project for cases to study influence on the key projects of regional ecnomic development, and made corresponding managing countermeatrues. Our study has made use of synthesis way which combine qualitative describe with quantitative analysis. It was consist of three steps. The firstly step we calculate the influence for Yibin city macro-economic index through its project's annually investment on fixed asset investment. The next step we have qualitative analysis the long effect for regional economy after completing the projects. The thirdly we have qualitative analysis the key project pulling effect on correlation industry through analysis raw material and logistics provide. Finally we have analyzed the effect on key project which promote advance of tour and outspread of city and status of Yibin city, and put forward corresponding countermeatrues for promote Yibin city economic development.In this paper, we have introduced the key project general devotion of Yibin city. Qur discussion included three facets. The firstly facet we discussed the effect of key project in promotion Yibin city economic development, which measure through three cases output benefit forecast and analysis to achieve. The thirdly facet we discussed the managing countermeatrues of the key project of Yibin city.Through our study we make conclusion that in investment of the key projects will stimulate the proportion growth of host regional fixed asset investment, and driven GDP increase of host regional economy.
