Study On Operation Mechanism Of Industrial Investment Fund

Given the present situation in China, Chinese economy faces structural adjustment and industrial upgrade. During the period, new economic forces need fostering while the relatively weak economic forces need enforcing. The support from the financial system, therefore, is inevitable. There comes the industrial investment fund, which is not only a new investment tool but also a kind of financial system innovation that boosts industrial development and supports economic growth. The industrial investment fund to be developed in China contains more than the venture capital fund overseas. The venture capital fund is more frequently discussed than industrial investment fund academically at present. As a newly rising topic, the study on the industrial investment fund is realistic both in theory and in practice.At present, there is no industrial investment fund of a certain scale and regulated operation in China, neither is there any developed experience that can be referred to or laws and regulations. The paper tries to make an original study on industrial investment fund operation with the industrial investment fund experience in developed countries, combined with project management practice.The paper encloses the industrial investment fund subject, explains pursuant to the operation process of industrial investment fund, and emphasizes the management theories and methods of industrial investment fund invested projects. Except the preface, there are six chapters included in two parts in the paper. The first part includes chapter 1 and 2, explaining the concepts, theoretical basis, realistic meaning of the industrial investment fund; the second part includes chapter 3,4, 5 and 6, introducing the operation process of industrial investment fund with the beginning of the initiation of industrial investment fund and its internal governance structure, explaining in detail the project assessment and selection, project investment management and project withdraw mechanism, as well as discussing the related theories and methods.
