This thesis lays stress on how to enrich the human-oriented doctrine in the deep-going enterprise reform and how to reinforce human-oriented management in more efficient way so as to push enterprises into healthy development.I. To thoroughly understand the soul and essence of human-oriented management(I) Substantial connotation of human-oriented managementSubstantial connotation of human-oriented management incorporates two aspects: The first one is to take the human factor as the first and substantial factor of management, i.e. to emphasize the leading position of human beings in the course of management, and fully mobilize the enthusiasm, go-idealism and creative power, which should be the substantial connotation of human-oriented management. The second, or say, the more deep-going connotation of human-oriented management is to consume less and produce more through human-oriented management so as to train the personnel and to improve and perfect the human will, character, intelligence and physical strength so that the personnel may obtain overall and unrestricted development that exceeds the demand for existence.(II) Thorough understanding of connotation of human-oriented managementHuman-oriented management means to highlight position of human beings in management and achieve the human-centered management based on deep understanding of human action in social and economic activities, which mainly incorporates the following specific meanings1. To rely on human beings. That is to say, brilliant achievements must be created and organized by setting up business doctrine and through joint efforts of the personnel. 2. To explore potential power of human beings. That is to say, the mission of human-oriented management lies in how to mobilize the human enthusiasm and release their potential energy to the maximum extent so as to put them into the great course with ultimate passion and creative power.3. To develop potential of human beings. Any person of dignity will have strict requirements to himself. When his performance is fully confirmed and respected, he will make great efforts to complete his own responsibility and obligations.4. To build the team of employees of high quality. To promote the quality of employees means to extend the vitality of the enterprises.5. Overall development of human beings. Unrestricted and overall development of human beings is a sign marking social progress of human beings, is the highest goal for social and economic development, and also the terminal accomplishment that human beings want to reach.6. To agglomerate the combined forces of human beings. A modern enterprise with competitive power should be a team of one mind and combined force, close coordination and joint efforts. To build the enterprise into a powerful modern team with strong competitive power is also one of the goals of the human-oriented management.(III) Essence of human-oriented management1. To ignite the brilliance of human nature. To seek for integration of the true, the good and the beautiful is the ultimate accomplishment of human nature, and also the highest level sought for by the human beings.2. To re-prove the value of life. It will be the real values of human life to re-prove the dignity of the life, to rationally position the human life, to achieve the values of human beings, and to actively contribute themselves to the society.3. To create prosperity and happiness jointly. If any business management regards the employees as the partners traveling in the same boat, and is able to create harmony in a thanks-giving mode, then, the enterprise must be a successful one that can create joint prosperity and happiness.(IV) Purpose of human-oriented managementPurpose of human-oriented management is to promote freedom of human beings, and full development-oriented management doctrine and management mode. The core concept of human freedom and thorough development means the structural development and perfection of the individual psychological goals.II. How to realize the human-oriented management for modern enterprises(I) Human-oriented management is the objective requirements for development of enterprisesEmployees are the first influencing factor to decide the performance of enterprise management as the software of the enterprise. A successful enterprise is the necessary condition for the employees of the enterprises to become the"social person"or"cultural person"from"economic person". The new type enterprise management pattern can be set up only when the enterprise can meet the demand of the employees to become the"social person"or"cultural person"from"economic person", and the corresponding change has happened to the management pattern of the enterprise.(II) Personnel is the core of the human-oriented managementManagement elements incorporate both subject and object of the management. Personnel are not only the subject but also the objective of the management. Since the first objective who receives the management instructions is the human beings who have never passively received the action and influence of the management subject and the management instructions as well, who, instead, follows the requirements of the management subject actively or passively, partially or completely, or neglects or rejects the instructions given by the management subject, which, looks more obvious when the object has his own opinion the informal organizational goals and virtual management subject. Therefore, the management object plays an active role in the whole management activities. So, personnel are the key factor to decide the success and development of the enterprises, and the core of the human-oriented management.(III) Self-development, accomplishment and achievement of human beings are the highest values and goals of human beings to be achievedOn the one hand, self achievement and self accomplishment of human beings can meet the highest demand of each person, and therefore, it has the highest values; on the other hand, self achievement and self accomplishment of human beings can meet all demands of the whole social public and each individual person to the maximum extent. So, the self achievement and self accomplishment of human beings are the source of all wealth, and the most substantial, important and greatest fortune in the world. Resultantly, it can meet all demands of the whole social public and each individual person to the maximum extent, and has the highest values.(IV) A team of high quality employees will be builtHuman quality can be generally divided into two kinds: one is the moral character and the other is the scientific and cultural knowledge. What kind of moral quality a person can own will decide whether the persons can benefit the society (or an enterprise). The knowledge level of a person will, to some extent, decide whether his employer can promote the productivity and catch up with the pace of development of the times. Or it can be concluded that it will decide the fate of the employer. Therefore, to build a team of high quality employees means to cast the values and self-confidence of the personnel who can carry out the self-management. To make analysis in detail, we should actively guide the psychological mechanism of self-management, carry out education on discipline, and stress the standardization of self management.(V) Means and measures to strengthen the human-oriented management. It is the efficient means and measures to erect the human-oriented ideology, to fully mobilize the human enthusiasm and creative power, to improve the personal quality of the enterprise leaders, to accelerate the construction of the dynamic mechanism to use the capable persons, to lay stress on creation of the human-oriented management and to use the mechanism of encouragement.III. Organic combination of human-oriented management and regulatory managementRegulatory management means to use laws, regulations, rules, procedure and standards to carry out urbanization management by powers and functions of the organizations. The nature is to carry out accurate and strict management.If the rigid regulatory management is compared to hardware and the soft human-oriented management is compared to the software, then, relation between the two factors cannot be separated from each other, just like human body and spirit. The hardware is the foundation of the software and the software is the soul of the hardware. The soft human-oriented management can compensate the shortcomings and deflection to large content brought about by the rigid restriction, and it is the lubricant and soul to play the role combined with the regulations and systems. Combined human-oriented management and regulatory management will produce good effect by integrating rigidity and softness, and only such kind of management can be called the perfect management.IV."Human-oriented management"is the goal and also a long-term task .With continuous improvement of the material civilization level of the human society, the human-oriented management receives more and more attention. Employees of enterprises have no longer play the role of the"economic person", instead, they regard the enterprises as the carrier to accomplish the"social person, and the cultural person". Therefore, enterprises should find the gap in practice and management when stepping into the era of the market economy. To thoroughly implement the guideline to the human-oriented management is a hard, complicated and long-term mission.
